![]() I wish these features were included, since it is such a convenient feature. There are some features that are extra, like online payment links. TPP connects to my email, so the client receives the proposal directly from my email, and when they respond it goes right to my outlook. For clients, I believe it is easy to read and understand. The proposal comes out clean, and I appreciate the features. The quoting process is simple, and once all options (menus, signatures, contract, company info) are entered and saved, it is easy to go down the list and check everything that you want to appear on your proposal/quote. I use TPP daily for all my customer proposals. Overall, the experience with TPP has been good, with some room for improvement. Trying to get all the information together needed for this program & learning how to use it at the same time is overwhelming & time consuming. The only con, that I have found so far, is just the beginning of the process can be a bit overwhelming. This has saved me a lot of my time! I now have more time to respond to clients faster & more efficiently. My favorite thing about this program is that once you have everything entered in for an event, all you have to do is pull up the report that you need & it's all compiled for you & ready to go. He's very patient, caring & works hard for you to make sure that everything is running smoothly. (from Client Care) has been the best person throughout this entire process. ![]() ![]() is super responsive & helpful when it comes to TPP Pay and is very friendly. She answers any questions that you have & checks in with you to see how you're coming along with the program. If anything else, you will definitely appreciate their amazing customer service. Everyone working within TPP is kind, knowledgeable & super helpful.
